PRESSED FLOWER POTTERY WORKSHOP - Emily Tallulah Flowers + Amber B Pottery
WHEN? 23rd March 2024, 10am - 12pm
WHERE? Unit 5, Dry Drayton, Cambridge
Amber B Pottery & Emily Tallulah Flowers are delighted to announce they are teaming up once again to bring you a collaborative half day workshop where you get to create your very own pressed flower pottery!
The day will begin with bubbles, nibbles and introductions to your fellow makers as well as a meet and greet with Amber and Emily and a mooch around Emily beautiful new home decor shop. Once we have all arrived and settled in we will begin with a demonstration by Amber on how to create your very own on trend piece of pressed flower pottery. We will be using Emilys beautiful in season blooms to press delicate textures into clay, the results look amazing!
Once the clay has been prepared we will then move on to making your piece, whether this is a vase, plate of other decorative item. The final stage will be to glaze your masterpiece ready for firing at a later date in the studio. Once fired Amber will contact you to arrange collection - a treat to come to her studio - or postage can be purchased.
This is the perfect half a day for all lovers of pottery and flowers.
